hi   everybody

I have problem in email     when I  go to advance print  then choose email    and  send     if I send  to   2 or 3 people  no problem  but  if  more   20 or  more than    email keep loading and hang  not send.

please help me in that            I restart  service and sever  nothing happend

    Be the administrator.

    No seriously: password are NEVER and NOWHERE stored in clear text inside of OBI.

    As ​ said... no way until you actually ask to the installer or have it documented somewhere.

    If internal emails work ok, then i bet the problem is not in OBIEE/BIPublisher itself but rather in the mail server. I would ask the person responsible of the mail server to check.

    sorry for disturbing you        the problem now  not  number of mails sent                the problem     all external address can't send    just I can send to local mails  in mail sever exchange  only  .      I want to know   is there anything can I do from primavera or no.

    How can I check mail server whether is block or no      and this problem happened suddenly   2 days ago was  great

    u mean  I can't do anything from primavera  right?

    I mean this is not primavera error   right or no       because  network admin  told me check from your side.

    I would check if it works with 20 standard corporate emails... that gives you a clue where the problem is

    no           I could know  the exact problem          when I send to  Hotmail or yahoo  or ........    mean  to external emails  not  send     error show

    but when I send to local email in sever   it sends                

    please  help me?

    Can you edit your replies directly on OTN forum? spacing makes almost impossible to understand what you're writing.

    So you're saying that when trying to use external emails is not working? maybe possible is blocked from mail server?
