Need a sample BIP report template that has barcode in it

I have trouble to make the barcode show up the BIP report PDF output file. It works in the html output and rtf output, but not in the PDF output.

Any suggestions how to make PDF version of the report work?

If you already have a BIP report that has barcode in the .rtf template file, can you attach a copy in this SR, so I can check if I did something wrong.

I am using MS Word 2016.

    what is value printed? Blank or some values?
