Hello,

Please anyone help me Bursting program is firing fine in TST Instance and in PROD does not.

Using the same data template in both instances no change.

The Mails are not going through even though in the path .pdf getting generated in PROD but in TST mails are going through

    Can you see server name, port number etc. in the busting file is correct and configure correctly in Production ? check with DBAs if from the mail delivery side all the server and port level configuration is up and running and please upload the log file if you have any?

    Also check with your email server administrator, they may be blocking it.
