I cannot export or import projects since two days ago. I installed Advanced Analytics and I thought this was the issue.

This is what i've tried:

Uninstalled Advanced Analytics

Reinstalled DVD

Check that all canvases work

Refresh data sources

Refresh data

Reload data

Deleted canvases to make it smaller

Export older projects which I could export before - didn't work either

Issue remains:

Export with data - doesn't work

Export with no data - seems to work, but I cannot import it back

I need to share this project in preparation for a QBR with a VP. any ideas what the issue could be?

    Thanks Adam for your quick response. Just updated my profile. I'm Mirna Sevilla.

    I have a licensed version so I guess an SR will be.

    I had installed the Advanced Analytics, but i uninstalled it via the Control Panel.The issue remains.

  • If your DV Desktop is licensed through rather than just evaluation then you should open a Support Request.  It would make it easier to help you if you update your profile so I can see who you are.  If you have any custom plugins I would try removing those.  You will also need to run the diagnostic_dump.cmd <logfilename> from the install folder in order to generate the logs.

    I had the same issue and tried everything you mentioned. My source data ended up in Excel as a csv file when I renamed file to xlsx I was able to upload!
