Dear Friends ,
Oracle 12c Forms & Reports fresh setup is done . All the services - forms,reports,ohs,bi server are started without any problem.
Forms , Reports are working fine . How to open bi tool to create some analysis reports .

I am able to start the BI services . Now how to use the Bi Tool . How to open and work on this .

are you talking about OBIEE 12.2.1.2.0 here?
If yes then are you sure you have installed and configured OBIEE 12.2.1.2.0?
Please note OBIEE Client Tools are used for different purpose like BI Administration Tool for creating RPD(Repository Design) which is used as data model in OBIEE, Catalog Manager is used for managing catalog content, Job Manager for managing scheduled agents of OBIEE.
Client tools are not used to develop reports and dashboards, please get your understanding cleared about the product.
