Help button in DVD 3.0 not pointing to right URL?

When I click the ? button in the upper right corner and select "Help", a web browser opens with the URL http://docs.oracle.com/en/middleware/bi/data-visualization-desktop/index.html  with a 404 Not Found error "

We're sorry, the page does not exist or is no longer available

".  Is this a bug?  I want to be able to show a prospect how easy it is to get DVD help, including videos on what to do.  I don't want to have to magically "know" a URL to go to. Is there a way to get this to work?  It appears the Help button should be connected to a URL such as Oracle® Fusion Middleware User’s Guide for Oracle Data Visualization Desktop - Contents  What's the *proper* way to get help in DVD?
