Disabled scheduled reports

Summary
Disabled scheduled reports
Content
Hi there
Has anyone else had issues with scheduled reports in OBI (11.1.1.9) disabling for no apparent reason? We have many agents set up with report schedules, some containing dashboard pages and some that report on analyses.
I have set up and enabled some of these schedules myself, to be distributed to a wide range of people, both internally and externally to our company.
Last week we identified that most of our scheduled reports were not being delivered. When I went in to edit the schedules I saw that they had been disabled (as in the 'enabled' box was no longer ticked). There are no end dates on these schedules so they should continue to run.
This is not something that we as a company have done and I could do with resolving the issue.
If anyone has any experience of this please can you let me know how you resolved it.
Many thanks
Kathryn

Have you taken a look at the Agent log files? There may be some clues in there.
ORACLE_INSTANCE\diagnostics\logs\OracleBISchedulerComponent\coreapplication_obisch1

Thank you for the suggestion Joel.
I'm struggling to see where I would find the agent log files. I'll have another look around using the link you sent, but if you've got time to point me in the right direction (from the very start of the link) then that would be much appreciated.
Many thanks
Kathryn

The path I sent contains scheduler log files:
OBIEE_INSTANCE\diagnostics\logs\OracleBISchedulerComponent\coreapplication_obisch1
There is normally a nqscheduler.log and a log file for each agent which is named using the job id of the agent.

Along with the scheduler logs, you might have to check the scheduler tables to get the latest runs, when the last trigger occurred and why it is disabled.
Oracle Business Intelligence: Scheduler tables in OBIEE 11g
#2 you can check if the MDS and BIPLATFORM Schemas are locked , if so, unlock it by resetting the passwords once and sync it with the Data sources on console ( if the passwords are different)
Try out if they resolve the issues. I can see a bug on 11.1.1.9 about it and its an internal one to oracle. so might have to consider engaging the support if you need any assist on it.

Thank you for your reply. Everything seems to be working ok now.
I raised an SR to see if it was an Oracle thing and they came back to say that they had been doing some work which caused something to disable (sorry I'm not very technical so can't explain it very well).
I'm keeping an eye on the schedules to make ensure no future loss of service.
Thank you
Kat
