we setup security on GL tables query In BI Publisher Data model

I am using GL_JE_lines table query

i want to setup security in data model (i.e) if we have 3000 Dept and manager of that department is Philip then he can only see his data not by other managers

You need to get the users information to the query. In the standalone BIP version the user and their role are available to the data model and the layout template.

Once you have that information you can do a lookup in the queries to limit the rows returned by the report.
