Hello,
I am trying to create a RTF template, which uses Arial Narrow and I want the output to be in PDF. Output in PDF is not showing in Arial Narrow.
Can anyone advise on the if there are any setups or configuration that needs to be done for fonts.
P.S. : If I use Times New Roman in RTF, I am getting Times New Roman in PDF also.

The PDF output does not reference fonts on the desktop like Word, Excel and HTML. The PDF has all of the fonts glyphs it uses in the file itself. Therefore you need to make the BIP server aware of the Arial Narrow font you are using ie load a copy to hte server and create the mapping for the server. Then it can be embedded into the PDF output.
