Parameters in BI Catalog Reports reset its data

Hi

I have a report in Oracle BI Catalog with some parameters, some parameters are hidden and other parameters are selected.

When I select a parameter, it refresh other. However when refresh is finished, the actual parameter is reset.

This is image with steps:

I select Ledger Name ("Libro Contable"), with this parameter, Legal Entity ("Entidad Legal") and Ledger Currency ("Moneda Contable") automatically are updated.

But if I select  Period Type ("Tipo de período") (It has enabled "Refresh other parameters when It changes" option), these parameters are reseted (Some hidden parameters are reseted too)

Hi

1. We are in Oracle Fusion Applications R12, with Oracle Business Intelligence 11.1.1.9.0 (Build 170822.2343 64-bit)

2. These parameters are obtained by LOV, and there are dependent parameters. I created Paerio Type parameter when "Refresh other parameters" option, because there is a dependent parameter; but when I selected the Period Type

parameter, other parameters reset (These parameters are not dependent of it).

3. It is a 100% BI Publisher report, It is not an analysis.

Its in the right place. That is a pure BIP report with parameters on the side rather than on the top.

I have a few questions:

1.  Just checking but that looks like the 12c version of BIP, correct? Waht the full version you are using.

2. Are the parameters that reset themselves based on list of value selection or are they user entered values?
