Updating BIP from 11.1.1.9.0 to 11.1.1.9.171017

I recently applied patch 26918122 from the October 2017 CPU for BI Publisher. According to the documentation, I only needed to install this patch because we are not using the other BI Publisher components that the other patches are for. I applied the patch using OPatch as recommended in the patch documentation. The installation was successful and I can verify using lsinventory that the patch was applied. When I view the source of the login page I see this as well:

but the version number is staying at 11.1.1.9.0, which is consistent with the documentation.

However a recent security scan is not seeing the patch because it was expecting version 11.1.1.9.171017. I had assumed this patch was version 171017 (the date the October patch was released). What other patches, if any, do I need to still apply to upgrade to this version? We are only using BI Publisher for reporting for Contract Management.
