Invalid JSON Payload Error

Question

Hi Team,

One of my client using OBIEE 11.1.1.9.0 version. And They are getting Failed to load(Invalid JSON payload Error when they trying to go for a search.

They have cleared Browser cache and Dashboard level cache. But still they are facing the issue.

Need help from anybody as it is very much important . Please help me on this

Not 100% sure but I suspect this issue will be related to security - if you try to do the same search as an administrator do you have the same problem?
