Failed to Load Pdf Document in Bi Publisher

i amĀ unable to load pdf report from .rtf file .iam using bip 11g and tried in different browsers .
also the data source is properly configured from my end .

Please provide screenshot showing how you are loading PDF from RTF in 11g? also post your issue in BIP community

have you applied @section break in rtf template ? if yes please upload RTF template and XML
Restart your BI Publisher application and then verify.
Upload the screenshot if still you observe the issue after completing above step.
1)Are you able to generate the PDF output from Desktop builder?
2) (Online) BIP report, Check if you can able to generate other output type files (Ex XML) to validate datamodel is correct.

are you able to generate output in any other format ? are you using interactive mode for layout or any template like RTF , PDF etc
