Silent/Unattended Installation for BI Publisher v. 12.2.1.3.0.

Hello - I am trying to install BI Publisher v.12.2.1.3.0 silently.  I know how to create a rsp file.  However, when I go to Oracle's website to download the BI Publisher, the downloadable file is BIPublisherDesktop32.exe (for the 32-bit).  In order for me to create the rsp file, I need the extracted full installer with setup.exe.  Does anyone know how I can get it?  I extracted the file above and it's calling out the msi.  However, I cannot install it using the msi because it gives a message to run setup.exe.  I was able to find the exe (extracted from BIPublisherDesktop.exe) but it also does not work since it cannot find the msi installer (they were in 2 different GUIDs when extracted).

Please advise.

Thank you.  I can't use the -silent command because I need to create the response file first.  I've created rsp files before by running setup.exe.  However, the downloads provided in the Middleware Oracle page is BIPublisherDesktop32.exe for 32-bit and BIPublisherDesktop64.exe for 64-bit.  I cannot use the command to create a rsp file.

Dinah - BIPublisherDesktop32.exe (for the 32-bit) is client install, this installs a plugin to MS Word / Excel for developing templates .

BIPublisherDesktop.exe is plugin to Microsoft office (word excel)for the building different layout  templates (rtf excel etext etc )and access the Template Viewer.
