Sales Account Extension folder in Sales - CRM Pipeline is not opening for BI Answers Reports

Hi All

In Sales - CRM Pipeline under Customer we will have Sales Account Extension but when I am trying to expand the folder the arrow is blinking so much time and it is not opening up.

Can any one help us here. Why it is not opening up.

Hi,

try to clear the browser cache. If still not solved open a sr with Oracle Sales Cloud, Analytics component.
