Trying to develop report that prints a pie chart using BI-Publisher and using Peoplesoft Query or Co

Summary
Trying to develop report that prints a pie chart using BI-Publisher and using Peoplesoft Query or Connected Query
Content
I am trying to develop a report using MS Word and BI Publisher and upload this template into Peoplesoft. The report is going to have table of items listed on the report and I need select one of these items to display a pie chart.
I have tried using regular Peoplesoft query for the report and the report processes fine but the report is displaying multiple pie charts based on the number of items in the table, see attachment JC_RB_R_CHA.PDF. I would love to condition a pie chart to display for the International Business line. Is it possible to create a conditional syntax for the pie chart?
The next method that I have tried is using a Connected Query with two queries attachment. I am able to develop the report which is listing the first query items in a table. I also took the second query to display table of one item. After uploading the report definition into Peoplesoft, I check the Preview button and the results looks fine, see attachment Bar_graph_pvw. When I test the report in using Query Report Scheduler, the process monitor is showing a run status of “No Success”. I am not sure what I am doing wrong. My question is this. Can you use pie charts for BI-Publisher reports using Connected Query?
I would certainly appreciate any comments or suggestions.
