Unable to load dataset into DV version 12c 12.2.4.1.0

After upgrading to 12.2.4.1.0 I am unable to load any excel data sets into DV. DV simply closes without any messages. It starts fine until I press select file for upload, then it basically closes without any messages at all. I have tried uninstall and still again - no difference.

I am using windows 10 pro 1703/15063

I am on Win 10.  I just upgraded from 12.2.4.0 to 12.2.4.1  I selected an xlsx and created a data file and a project.  I then tried another file and that seemed ok too.

You might want to open an SR for this as it works fine for me although I've only tested the new version on Windows 7.
