Hi All

In Sales - CRM Pipeline under Customer we will have Sales Account Extension but when I am trying to expand the folder the arrow is blinking so much time and it is not opening up.

Can any one help us here. Why it is not opening up.

    To properly triage this thread, please clarify:

    Are you using Reports as part of BI Publisher component or E-Business Suite?

    try to clear the browser cache. If still not solved open a sr with Oracle Sales Cloud, Analytics component.
