Hello,...
Im new self learner for Oracle Data visualization tool for desktop and I end my first report
I found a Share which share with 3 ways... Email, File or Cloud...
I also have a Weblogic Server
is there a way to upload an extracted file to with .dva to the weblogic server ... or anyway to publish my desktop report to the weblogic server
I need help please

.DVA enables other users to use the application in compatible Data Visualization Desktop, on-premise or Oracle Analytics Cloud data visualization.

Not really, weblogic is nothing than a "container" for other things.
Weblogic is an application server on which you can deploy/install other tools, but just weblogic itself will not help you at all (ok, you can always deploy a folder on weblogic so that you can download the .dva file via a link, but it's like sending the .dva by email in the end).

Real sharing is enabled between two or more users within the same server deployment (on-prem or cloud), Desktop is a single user tool. From Desktop you can export your project to DVA and upload it into a server instance of the respective version. From there you can share with other users as viewer or editors.
