Hi,

 

Image is not being displayed in XML Publisher reports in a couple of instances. In other instances, it is being displayed. The path where the image is placed is same in all the instances.

 

Has anyone come across a similar issue?

    Hi,

    For which output format do you have the issue? Is it the same for other formats as well?

    Can you upload the template for review?

    I do not see an option to attach files. Please advise me on the same.

    On the reply you can switch to advance mode (upper right corner)

    and there is an option to attach files (lower left corner).

    Hi,

    I am not placing the picture in the RTF. I am not hard-coding it.

    I am placing the file in the server and entering the path as you shown above.

    I have checked the path. I have entered the correct path. It is working in some instances and not working in another instance.

    May I know what code you are using to get the image? is there any Unix environment variable is there? I will suggest to print the full image path in XML and use that xml tag in rtf to get image absolute path
