Or do we have to buy separate version or product?

OAC Essbase is a separate instance and needs its own OCPU and VM shape to be allocated.
Once customer purchase Universal Credits users can deploy an OAC Essbase instance.
OAC is a PaaS platform that includes as options Essbase, BI and DV. You decide what you want to use and install, but nothing comes pre-installed, well I should say pre-provisioned. You provision what you want to use knowing that Essbase needs separate OCPUs from BI/DV. If you have universal credits, each product has a price card for how much it will cost per OCPU hour. I
