Summary

The top pixel of my characters are missing when generating a PDF

Hello everybody,

I'm using BI Publisher 12c and an RTF template with MS Words 2013.  I got an header problem that seems to appear only when I'm generating a PDF version of my RTF template.  The logo I'm using in the template is made of 3 tables lines of text and a picture in the 4th line.  When I'm printing the document, we see that the very first pixel line of text is missing.  If I'm creating an RTF document, everything is fine,

I tried to change the font size, to add space between the cells, played with the top margins,  nothing seems to work.  Do you have any idea of what to do ?

If you look at the picture, you can notice that the "G" is incomplete and the also the top of the 2 "f" are missing.
