BI Publisher Desktop Add-in for Excel Preview shows incorrect report

Reinstalled app but get same results

No matter what excel file I open and load sample data, I get a Preview of a different report.  It is always the same report but not the one I have open in Excel.  Has anyone seen this before?

My coworker found the answer.  Delete the tmp file from this location:

C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Oracle\BIPublisher\TemplateBuilderforExcel	mp	mp

reinstall office don't solve for us , we have to reinstall completely the PC

I haven't found a solution.  Do I need to reinstall just Office 365?
