Remote data connector on weblogic
Summary
Remote data connector on weblogic
Content
Can the obi-remotedataconnector.war file be deployed on a weblogic server that comes integrated with EBS ?
We have two servers running EBS. First server has weblogic integrated with EBSt, while the second server has EBS with application server, no weblogic.
I am wondering if we need to install weblogic on the second server or can we work on the first server.
Reason, I ask is we are having some trouble installing the war file on weblogic integrated with EBS, getting errors when we activate changes in weblogic console.
So just wanted to eliminate one reason for the error in regards to making sure we can use the integrated weblogic. My thought is that it should not be a problem, weblogic is weblogic.

Hi Jamal,
The Remote connector needs to be deployed on a fusion middleware weblogic or on an apache server. there is a new version also released which comes along with a jetty server. In case you are not able to deploy it on the weblogic the use the jetty server version of remote data connector.
