Hi,

anyone else getting this issue?

I've set up Remote Data Gateway on an on-premise server so we can connect cloud based DV to one of our on-premise DB's. This has been working well for a while and this morning stopped working. the datagateway.log shows....

[ERROR] 2019-09-27 14:57:23.760 [pool-8-thread-2] datasource - Connect to fmcaac1-fmc1.analytics.ocp.oraclecloud.com:443 [fmcaac1-fmc1.analytics.ocp.oraclecloud.com/147.154.227.23] failed: Connection timed out: connect

Any ideas would be gratefully received.

    Hi Paul,

    Can you check if your windows machine got restarted, if yes then you will need to again restart the gateway agent, on the GUI, disable it and then re-enable it. Test it. and Save.

    This should resolve your issue.
