Unable to Narrate a Report

I am getting an error when I try to drag and drop canvas into the narrate tab.

Error text like below

"A general Error was found

We've encountered an unexpected error. If the issue persists, please contact support."

Before dragging it to Narrate , is your visualization coming with no errors ?

Report is working fine in Visualize section.

It fails while when I drag it to narrate.

Hi,

Once try duplicating the existing canvas & rename it to a new canvas in the same project and see if you are able to drag & drop this new duplicated canvas in the narrate tab !

As the error message is also not clear , we are not sure whether it is a version issue or some other issue !

Tried copying the report to another canvas but got the same issue.

This happen if TreeMap view is used.

Not getting an issue with other views like pivot table and any other charts.

Can you try simplifying your treemap viz to see if that makes a difference? I don't have any issues with treemaps in the Narrate view. Can you also check if there are any errors in the console > sessions.

After upgrading the DV version to 5.4. Issue got resolved.
