Data Actions in OAC

Hi team,
I need a suggestion as to where should I start learning about Data Actions in OAC , as I am not getting the right(basic) resources to start with . As there are four cases of Data Actions like Analytics Link, HTTP API, Publish Event and URL Navigation Link, from where should I start, is there any criteria regarding languages like JS that I should meet and accordingly please suggest any links/resources regarding the above.
