Is Dbaas prerequisite of OAC?
As per my understanding, For OAC (OCI, IDCS and Load Balancer is required) Dbaas is not required.
Please resolve my doubt.
No, it is not required for OAC Oracle-managed PaaS. (it was for the older OAC-Classic, customer-managed).
