getting dimensions to appear when connected to Essbase

I can't get the dimension members to appear when connecting to Essbase Cloud

From both OAC Analytics desktop and Cloud, I'm trying to connect to cubes in an Essbase 19c instance. I can create the connection and can create a data set, but when I go into a project and try to expand any of the dimensions, I get nothing. Is there some setting I need to get it to work? The odd thing is I have Sample.Basic on the system and it works. I've tried against both ASO and BSO cubes.
Any ideas?

Did you try to replicate the above issue in OAC 6.0 ?
