Dataset storage
Content
As our understandings, with OAC on cloud infrastructure, data from csv and xls files are stored in the XSA area in disk files.
It's also possible to store the data from databases (on-prem in our case) in that XSA area when you don't use "LIVE" connection.
On the other hand, it seems that the data in that XSA area is "BY USER", so another user cannot take advantage of that data which resides in "cache".
So if we put a dataviz project using a dataset on a (classic) dashboard page, it's not possible that all potential users take advantage of that cached data ?
In other words, the only cache which could be valid for all potential users of a dashboard page is the "BI Server" cache ?
Am'I right or wrong please ?

Datasets whether cached or live have access control lists which allows sharing with other users.

Indeed, we can manage access to the datasets, but this does not have any impact on the data's cache which seems to be user related (in other words, each user needs his own cache).
Does anyone have some information / documentation about that XSA storage (as an example, this is a part of the query log that is a reference to that XSA storage : XSA('user@abc.com'.'TEST_SET_Liste_Badges_Mess')."PERS_SIGN"."Badge" s_1, )

Maybe this can help clarify as I think is related.
Best Regards.
