Summary: I'm looking for some help in setting up fiscal year calendar capabilities in Oracle Analytics.


Content (required): My company is on a government fiscal year. FY 22 Starts Oct 1 and goes through Sept 30. I would like to get help on how to set this up in OAC so i can use it as a filter for dates. Maybe this is something Oracle can bring to the table as an option down the road?

    What is the data source?

    Are you working with RPD/Subject Area?

    Are you doing this in DV?

    The data source is unfortunately an excel spreadsheet which has dates that are spread out over many years.

    Your best bet is creating a Calendar dimension table (sheet) with the Fiscal Calendar your company uses. Then join that on the dates you currently have present.
