You can get these details from OCI Console . For IDCS ID , you can get it from OCI Console - Identity screen
Service instance name also you can get from OAC instance under Analytics from OCI Console .
Data Center Region again from OCI Console at the top right hand corner .
Oracle Managed/Customer Managed - If you have provisioned OAC without providing any underlying Db details at the time of provisioning then it will be Oracle Managed .

OAC Version you can find on OAC Home page itself. Click on the User account icon and click About --> hover the mouse over heading, OAC version will be displayed.
