I have been tinkering with the possible usage of this for a while now and I have some questions. Thanks ahead for reading and any input would be greatly valued.

1. How do we print/export a strategy tree? This is the most common request but sometimes people do not want to work on their strategy on the system. Business users like to print stuff on A2 paper and stick it on a wall. We have been capturing bits and pieces and collating them so far.

2. I set initiatives and they drive a particular objective. I am unable to link them (the initiatives) in any diagram whether strategy tree, strategy map, cause and effect map, KPI watchlist.  Right now initiatives are a list that is simply there for no particular reason. We have been duplicating KPIs, i.e. linking the same KPI to the success of an initiative and to the success of the objective but this is tedious and prone to error.

3. Speaking of KPIs why are they not automatically created for the success of an initiative/objective. I can link objectives to a single objective but sometimes the success of one objective/initiative benefits multiple objectives. Why not just automatically create the KPI for the score of an objective/initiative that I can use in multiple other objectives.

4. Why is the cause and effect map not automatically populated? I have created all the causes and effects of an particular objective. When I right click view cause and effect map, I have to populate the map again.
