How can we restrict users not to change the reports layout in OTBI, currently they have teh access and they can have the access to edit the report.

Any guide line to manage their roles.

    Hi Farooq,

    Please try this option go to Reports and Analytics click on browse catalog select the OTBI report more option and Permissions. There you can select the full control or custom read-only role access.

    I am attaching screenshot let me know if need more help.

    By default most of the Seeded roles for the respective modules have BI Consumer and some of them have BI Author privilege as well.  You might have to analyze the current roles for the user and see if you can create a custom one by removing BI Author privilege.
