obiee 11g hierarchy drill down not working

Question

Hi,

We have a hierarchy with columns division as level 1,  business level as level 2 and  business unit as level 3

when year, division and amount columns are selected in an analysis, on the results page when clicked on division, the drill down is directly going to business unit (level 3)  instead of  business level (level 2). This is happening in prod instance but the same is working fine (going to level 2 and then to level 3) in our dev instance.

any suggestions on how to resolve this?

OBIEE version: 11.1.1.7.141014

Hi,

Thank you for the replies, when I restarted the services, everything is back to normal, drill down is working as it suppose to.

This is your scenario

division as level 1,

business level as level 2

business unit as level 3

1. Please check your "preferred Drill path"

2. Check if you are using action links in your reports.
