BICC job is failing while running the Line Detail. Attached is the log file. Please help

Table name: FscmTopModelAM.DooTopAM.FulfillLineDetail

ERROR:[BIACM0104] Cause: BI Data Extract Job failure due to : oracle.obiacm.dataExtract.DataExtractException: Error executing query.

Log error:
