Receivables Invoice PDF shows Error 404 Not Found

Print receivables transactions Process creates a PDF which is correctly visible in Receivables module. But we are seeing Error 404 Not Found message in the same PDF when try to view it from Bill Management dashboard. Rest of the PDF is shown fine but this error appears on top of the PDF. Any idea how to fix this ?

We were able to get this working by changing report properties 'Make HTML output accessible' and 'Embed images and charts in HTML for offline viewing' to TRUE.
