Absence Balances Report

Hello,
We have been tasked to develop a report against the Absence records to find out the employee balances for each pay period. Can anyone please advise the subject area and the columns that I could select? We have tried the Accrual Real Time subject area but as soon as we add the person number, no results are fetched. Is there any ESS process that I need to run? to pull those values to the OTBI?

Can you please check the following?
The OTBI analysis based on "Workforce Management - Accrual Real Time" subject area does not show all the accrual plans for a given employee:
