Not able to see budget amounts in Fusion OTBI Analysis

I had uploaded Budget amounts using FBDI and it is appearing in Account Monitor also in General accounting dashboard.

But while creating analysis in OTBI using "General Ledger - Transactional Balances Real Time" subject area, I am not able to see budget amounts after selecting the Scenario as "Budget".

How to bring those budget amounts in OTBI analysis reports?
