How to report Number of Performance Goals by employees (then broken up by categories) using OTBI ?
Summary:
Dear peers,
My customer wants to report the no. of performance goals every employee has in their Goal Plan; Total and Category-wise (There are 13 custom categories created and the field has been made mandatory). The report should look like :
Could you please guide me how to get the no. of performance goals and also the category wise breakups?

It's possible. Please find attached sample XML. You can extend as per your requirement.

Yes it is from OTBI.
I've attached the Report XML in my previous post. If you use that you will be able to see the logic and details.
