How to report Number of Performance Goals by employees (then broken up by categories) using OTBI ?
Summary:
Dear peers,
My customer wants to report the no. of performance goals every employee has in their Goal Plan; Total and Category-wise (There are 13 custom categories created and the field has been made mandatory). The report should look like :
Could you please guide me how to get the no. of performance goals and also the category wise breakups?

Yes it is from OTBI.
