How to count employees in department?

Hi All,

I am just wondering, how to count the employees in each department using OTBI.

* The scenario: I am building a dashboard and need to show the counts of employees in each department in a graph. Do I need to create a new column with a specific formula?

Yes it can be achieved easily.

Please find attached a Sample Report XML. Please feel free to extend as per your requirement like Active Employees only etc.
