BI Publisher Reports Preferences ( Report time zone) does not carry over to reports schedule page,the time zone defaults to UTC regardless of the preferred time zone(Ex: CST ). Users needs to manually convert the time to UTC from their preferred time zone . It is an inconvenience to users.

Workaround by Oracle

"User needs to log in to BI, then change the URL to xmlpserver (BI Publisher), there will be no issue.
Then again move back to BI by changing the URL to analytics, Issue will not be there."

This is not an acceptable or even a practical workaround, users navigate to reports via report and analytics navigation path.

Use Case and Business Need

BI Publisher Reports time zone Preferences to be carried forward to the report scheduling page so that users are not required to convert the time zone and also sometimes users might miss to convert the time zone.
