In OTBI,unable to see menu bar when we first login to OracleEPM workspace and then navigate to OTBI.

Description
When we first login to Oracle Cloud workspace and then go to analytics (OTBI) on the same browser , the menu bar on top where we see New, Dashboards, Account does not come up. This makes us difficult to choose any Dashboard option or choose New - in order to create new analysis, new prompts,etc).
However, when we login to OTBI (analytics directly) without logging into Oracle workspace first, then we are able to see the menu bar on top in OTBI (OBI).
Please let us know if it is a bug or setting issue. Screenshots are provided.
Use Case and Business Need

This is a product functionality and we would want users to seamlessly navigate between workspace and Analytics. 1)Business impact is users will have to come out of workspace ,log out and always enter into analytics first to see the menu bar. Suppose if we login first to workspace , and then try to navigate to OTBI or copy paste the URL of OTBI in another window - this issue will always happen and we will never get to see the Menu bar in analytics. Due to this, navigation will be disabled and it is a very critical issue. 2) There are FRS reports in workspace and OTBI reports in analytics to be accessed by the same users. Hence, the users will have to access both URLS at the same time without any issue directly. We hope this information will suffice to proceed further with the resolution as this is a critical issue we are facing from client end. |

Hi Maria,
Initially, this issue has been raised as a part of
SR 3-21248707021 : In OTBI,unable to see menu bar when we first login to OracleEPM workspace and then navigate to OTBI
two months ago and has been prolonged for couple of months. Final resolution they could provide was to raise an Idea as this seems to be product bug.
