Description

Within the subject area 'Workforce Learning - Learning Management Real Time​' we are reporting on our classroom based courses and require a filter to show us 'Waitlist Total' (the number of people currently in the waitlist for the courses used). I have raised a Service request however it has been confirmed that the functionality is not currently available. There are currently filters available for withdrawn and completed status but not waitlist.

Use Case and Business Need

As a business we require this to be able to see how many employees and who is on the waitlist for each course so we can understand the demand for running future learning events, if there are a large amount of employees on the waitlist then we can run another date for training to meet the need for the business
