Customize decimal places for percentage calculated by data visualization chart

Organization Name
United States Sentencing Commission
Description
Pie chart or 100% stack chart calculate/show the percentage of the data and show with two decimal place. These pie chart are part of the public facing dashboard and all the figure published by USSC has to comply with one decimal place. Please see attached picture of 100%-stack-bar-chart which show "Number of Offenders" who plead guilty versus went to trial. The percentage 97.61% is calculated/generated by data visualization based on "Number of Offenders" and has two decimal place. But USSC can only publicize number with one decimal place, so require a way to customize the decimal place in percentage calculated by Data visualization (DV)/OBIEE/OAS.
Use Case and Business Need
USSC publish source-book every year and all their publication follow one decimal place for all the percentage data. Same need to be followed by the public facing dashboard that we are building in Data Visualization (DV)/OAS, hence the need to customize the decimal place in percentage calculated by Data Visualization (DV)/OAS.

Some agencies prefer to display percentages with no decimal places or just one. This is a standard for them and I think that we should accommodate this need.
