Improved Cross-functional reporting capabilities in OTBI

Description
Improved Cross-functional reporting capabilities in OTBI
Use Case and Business Need
- Enhancement Details: There are severe limitations in cross-functional area reporting in OTBI. Users want to be able to query from different areas within the same pillar without errors. We have to try through trial and error to find a set of report columns that will work successfully.
- Justification: Customers should not need a full time BI resource with SQL knowledge in order to write reports that cover multiple tables, or need to hire an implementation partner that they’ll need for updates after every release. The OTBI reporting capabilty is very user friendly, but is severely limited in how we can use it. If the finance department uses OTBI reporting as a solution, they will need to have multiple reports to gather data and combine the information in Excel on their own.

Cross Pillar subject areas are critical for customers implementing multiple pillars especially ERP cloud and Sales cloud customers, to get reports included with data from different pillars. Writing BIP SQL's are not a best practice, and this needs specialized skills. Business users should be able to take the reports mining data between pillars.
