Ability to report on "Core" Audit Policies" through OTBI
Comments

Hi Jeff,
I completly agree with you.
We can't rely on Audit Controls unless this limitation get fixed by Oracle.
This limitation impact also another module "Oracle Risk Management Cloud / Advanced Financial Control". As you know, AFC allows to define Audit Controls, but it is completely based on audit policies setup and result.
So, if a SuperUser turn off the audit tracking in the ERP side for a while, all the result returned by both Audit Report and AFC controls will not reflect the reality.
This point is very critical.

We have two Ideas related to this that we'd like you to consider: Audit Policies-Need full change tracking of Oracle Fusion Applications audit policies https://cloudcustomerconnect.oracle.com/posts/d0c940b933 Audit Policies-Need full change tracking of functional audit policies https://cloudcustomerconnect.oracle.com/posts/81c53ece43 We would appreciate it if you'd also look at these and vote for them if you find value in them for your organization or clients.

This would be a great to have, allows flexibility with reporting and scheduled delivery through OTBI Agents.

This would be a great to have for sure and will allow flexibility with reporting using OTBI.

OTBI in general only gives you the current row data unless it is based on Events like Assignment Event Real Time Subject Area.
So this either has to be a Event type Subject Area or best is to have a Dedicated Table created and then individuals can build a BI report as per there needs and that is if a seeded report is not being delivered ( ideally there should be one)
I agree OTBI is easy but only if it serves the purpose else for me at least BI works most of the time.
Thanks

Agreed. We cannot let the audit policies stay open and accessible to the end users/superusers. Can easily be used to modify/turn off auditing in case of any unauthorized changes/inserts/deletions.

Good Idea to have it.
