Description

Curently, there is an option for last weekday; however, this defaults to the last Friday (-1FR) of the month instead of the actual last weekday of the month.

There is an enhancement request for this idea:

Enh 29199776 - NEED TO BE ABLE TO SCHEDULE A REPORT TO RUN THE LAST DAY OF EACH MONTH

Use Case and Business Need

Many of our automated (scheduled) jobs need to run as of the last weekday of the month.  Currently, we are having to add in specific monthly dates for these jobs to run with each year.  An business need example includes scheduled processes for our monthly contribution files being sent to external vendors after the monthly payroll is complete.

    In the schedule tab, there is a section for "Define Schedule Trigger". See if you can use that. You may have to create a Data model to figure out if sysdate matches your criteria.
