In order to document the reports, which were created by our developer community and access people have to these reports we would need two reports, which deliver the following information:
First Report
- Folder Name
- Owner
- Last Modified
- Folder Permissions
Second report
- Report / Data Model
- Path
- Name
- Description
- Last Modified
- Owner
- For Reports the reference data model
- Report / Data Model Permissions
Use Case and Business Need
Our reports are subject of compliance audits. Manual collection of the required information is not practicable with over 600 reports and growing.
With a developer community spread over 3 continents and 7 countries we need close control.
