Losing the ability to execute adhoc SQL queries is a gigantic step backwards.  Please provide an alternative rather than just disabling dynamic SQL.

Dynamic sql ref cursor was the only way to have some personal query validations . Every time we cannot create data model reports etc to run some small validation query . Its a great problem unless we get some alternative like sql developer .

Loss of time, have to go and create multiple data models to check underlying data instead of create SQL's on the fly

This is a Very useful way of running Dynamic SQL Queries mainly for users working with Oracle Cloud and 3rd party tools.

this is a big loss for the development team ... Oracle Cloud ERP itself lacks any practical way to run any query to look at the data. Dynamic SQL was the only way around and now it is closed as well.

Oracle needs to come up with a tool fast.
